This is again the same entry for *ivoryleopard's contest. Vetala Yakshi is a ghoul vampire from India. She's roughly 1000 years old, so she has been everywhere and got through loads of stuff.
The story: As Vetala has traveled a lot, she has been in Argentina too. At the time she happened to became a very good friend to President of Argentina Juan Perón's wife Eva Perón. So, Vetala was invited to a marvelous ball of the highest society. There she met a gorgeous young man Ernesto who got totally enchanted by Vetala's charm and floating grace. They both went out in the garden a bit away from all the noise and crowd. He was fascinated by her little iron fan that had very unusual design... And when he leaned forward to take a closer look at it, Vetala did a little but definite movement with her fan and little drops of blood covered her arm and the fan. - Dinner is served... - she said with purr sound in her voice and seductive smile. Please, read: I deleted my previous devination because somebody accused me about stealing the design from a dress that can be purchased on ebay.com. The design is similar, so I'll just say that the idea is not mine and belong to whoever designed it before. So, it's a fanart of that dress.
