Oh, look - I submitted a drawing... 
Anyway, this would be the amazingly talented David Tennant. I first noticed 'im in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" in which he played Bartemius 'Barty' Crouch Junior, but for my obsession you have to blame ~folka - she introduced me to the British television series called "Doctor Who" in which Tennant played the 10th Doctor. He inspired me to finally take a pencil and start drawing again. Loved doing the eyes, almost gave up on the hair, haha... It'd been a while since I had done an A3-sized drawing.
Of course, used a reference which I found somewhere in the depths of google...
If you have something against Tennant, please - keep it to yourself. Judge the art, not the actor.
